Baloot.my was founded in 2008 by Iqbal Hakim in Kota Bharu, Kelantan — at a time when most local businesses had yet to recognise the importance of a digital presence.
Starting from a small studio, we grew organically through client trust and consistently high-quality work. Our office is still in Kota Bharu, and we work with clients across Malaysia remotely — with meeting points in Kuala Lumpur and Damansara when you would rather sit down face to face.
