Privacy Policy

Baloot MY Digital Agency (“Baloot.my”, “we”) operates this website. Our office is at Lot 8115 Tingkat Bawah, Bandar Satelit Islam Pasir Tumboh, 16150 Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. For anything in this policy, reach us through the contact page or on +60 19-999 9942.

We only collect what you type into a form. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, the service you selected, your message, and your phone number if you choose to give it. The phone field is optional.
• Quote calculator: nothing. The estimate is worked out in your browser and we never see it unless you go on to send an enquiry.
• Analytics: Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location by country or city, device type and referring site. We do not send your name, email, phone number or message text to analytics.

Form submissions are sent to us as a single email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and arrive in our inbox at hello@baloot.my. We use them to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. That is the only purpose.

This website has no database and stores nothing about you. Once the email is delivered, your message lives in our email inbox like any other email, not in a system on this site.

The inbox is read by the owner of the agency and nobody else. Your enquiry is not circulated to staff or contractors.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask you first.

Running a website means a few service providers necessarily touch the data in transit. These are ours:

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the form submission before it is emailed.
• Resend — delivers the enquiry email to us.
• Google Analytics — usage statistics, as described above.
• Cloudflare — serves the images on this site from cdn.baloot.my. It sees requests for image files, not your form data.

If you contact us through WhatsApp instead, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is covered by Meta’s privacy terms, not this policy.

This site sets cookies for Google Analytics. They tell us how many people visit and which pages get read; they do not identify you by name. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and the site will work normally without them.

Plainly: we do not delete enquiry emails on a schedule. They stay in our inbox the way any business correspondence does, and old threads are often what lets us pick a project back up years later.

If you would rather we did not keep yours, say so and we will delete it. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours we hold.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your enquiry and the data in it.
• Stop processing your data, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier.

Ask through the contact page and we will respond within one working day. There is no charge.

This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no separate notification, so check back here if it matters to you.
