FitAI Coach is an AI-powered fitness app that calculates a Daily Recovery Score (0–100) using sleep, heart rate variability, and resting heart rate — then adapts the workout plan accordingly. An 8-week personalised program rebuilds weekly based on actual progress. An AI coach chat handles form checks, program questions, and motivation 24/7. One-tap workout logging with progressive overload tracking. Syncs with Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Whoop, and Oura.
