The Problem Before We Stepped In
A private clinic cannot stop because the line is down. Cloud clinic systems assume a connection that Malaysian shoplots do not reliably have, and when it drops the queue stops, dispensing stops, and the panel claim that pays for the month does not get filed. The other half of the problem is the owner: a doctor who owns two or three clinics has no way to know whether today went normally without phoning someone, and the systems that do offer a dashboard get there by copying patient records out of the building.
Solution
What We Built
Klinira runs on a computer inside the clinic and keeps running with no connection at all for up to thirty days — registration, consultation notes, dispensing, the prescription book, billing and tax, panel coverage, stock, the psychotropic register, reports and backup. Alongside it, Klinira Owner is a deliberately small read-only phone app for the person who owns the clinic and is not standing in it. Exactly twelve numbers leave the building: counts, sums, two dates and two status words. No patient name, no identity card number, no diagnosis, no medicine name, no clinical note, no free text of any kind — a hand-written allowlist in the clinic's own software, checked before sending, checked on the way out, and checked again by the server that receives it. Sign-in is a six-digit code to an address the clinic itself names, so there is no password to be watched over a shoulder.
Capabilities
What the Build Delivers
- Registration through panel claims keeps working with no connection for up to 30 days
- Owner sees yesterday's patients, takings, outstanding panel money and stock pressure on their phone
- Twelve aggregate numbers leave the clinic and nothing else — no patient data, enforced by an allowlist, not a setting
- Every figure carries the date it is from, so an owner opening it at 11am sees a complete day, not half of today
- Read-only by design: the phone app has no route that can change anything in the clinic
- RM 399 a month, or RM 9,999 to own it outright, with 14 days free and no card to start
