Mortar is an offline-first contractor OS built for Malaysian construction crews. It generates quotations and converts them to invoices in one tap, handles progress claims with retention, logs site photos, tracks worker attendance and wage estimates, records expenses and materials, and produces project profit & loss — all working with zero signal and syncing later. It's built around CIDB compliance and LHDN e-Invoice, supports Bahasa Melayu and dark mode, and gives clients a read-only portal to follow progress.
