Malaysian couples spend more time deciding what to do on a date than actually going. Generic recommendation lists have no concept of budget, current mood, distance, or preference history. The result is the most common answer to 'what do you want to do?' — 'I don't know, you decide.'

What We Built

JomDate is an AI-powered iOS app for Malaysia that takes a user's mood, budget, preferred activity type, and location — and returns 3 tailored venue recommendations with ratings, distances, and photos. A chat interface allows refinement ('something more romantic', 'within 10km'). The app learns preferences over time. Plans can be saved, reminders set, and ideas shared with a partner instantly.
