Challenge
The Problem Before We Stepped In
Malaysians fill the same handful of forms over and over — a school enrolment, an EPF form, a JPJ form, a bank form, whatever landed in WhatsApp this week — and type the same name and the same identity card number into every one. The usual route is to print it, fill it by hand, scan it back and send a crooked photograph. The apps that promise to help want an account, stamp a watermark across the page, or fall over on the forms that matter most: the scanned ones, the flattened ones, and the ones built so badly that no form filler can find a field in them.
Solution
What We Built
TeraPDF saves a person's details once — name, identity number, address, bank details — encrypted on the phone, with a second profile for a child or a spouse. Open a fillable PDF and it is filled in one tap, signed, and exported, with no printing, no scanning, no watermark and no account. It remembers each form as well as each person, so the same form next year takes three taps even if it was downloaded again under a different file name. For the awkward ones that cannot be filled at all — scanned, flattened, or simply broken — details can be placed straight onto the page and nudged into position.
Capabilities
What the Build Delivers
- Details saved once and reused across every form, encrypted on the phone
- A fillable PDF filled in one tap, signed and exported — no printing, no scanning
- Each form remembered, so the same one next year takes three taps
- Scanned, flattened and badly built forms handled by placing values onto the page
- Separate profiles for a child or a spouse, so one phone covers the household
- No watermark and no account required
